Thats what I hate...I hear every one saying they go to their grandparents houses, and their uncles, and aunts, while all my relatives are either in Mexico or Japan. So I don't ever use sentences like, "When I was at my aunt's/uncle's/grandparent's/cousin's, etc..."...Knowing that none of my relatives are here, and it's just my family, and my parents divorced, makes me seem like I'm one of the tiniest peices on Earth.
A while back, before Christmas, my grandfather on my mom's side passed away, and I hardly knew him. I've been to Mexico so many times, and I couldn't shed a single tear.

Fridays no good for me.... I'm going to Jennys for her birthday party... we're gonna see Fantastic Four 2!!! Saturday or Sunday's good for me...
The only people I know of that have passed away in my family since I was born are my great uncle(march), my grandpa(a month before my 1st birthday), and my great grandpa (last august). I guess my family's just lucky... but they all passed away from cancer... along with my other great grandpa who died before I was born... The strage thing is... they all died in Saskatcheawn.. and one of them was just visiting... That's why I don't like going there much...
XP I wish I could go to Japan! So not fair! My parents want to go anywhere BUT the places I want to go! What's wrong with England, mom??!

England sounds really cool - I really want to go to Ireland and Scotland, tho... ^_^;
You know what you should look into once you graduate, Tia-chan? There's a ticket that you can buy that's valid for a year, and you can travel around the world with certain airlines! I forget what it's called - but I bet you could ask Air Canada to explain. ^_^ A girl in my TESL class had one - and she told me all about her plans. She was going to Australia first (she had a temporary working visa for each place that she was going to, too, because with the ticket, you had to stay a certain ammount of time [like, a month to two months?] in each place...), then Thailand, then Japan, then China for the rest of her trip to stay with family ^_^. I wrote it all down somewhere... but I think I lost it ;-;

ooh ooh! Me too me too!!
I've always wanted to travel - up until I had the chance to, lol - and then, when I went anyways, I learned how amazing it can be!! I was gone about 43 days in Europe - spent a lot of time with a friend in Germany, hung out a little while in the Netherlands, and even spend a week ALL ALONE in PARIS! That was the best week of my trip, I swear - being there alone made me realize just how independant I could be - and it was a freeing experience. I just need to remember that for Japan. ^_^
And I'm sure you'll be fine, Tia-chan! Stick close to home now, you have all the way until you're done highschool to travel ^_^. Once you're outta school, whether you're going to take a year off to work/travel, or whether you're going straight to school - you'll have gotten over that feeling of homesickness.
I didn't feel homesick once while I was away ^_^ lol... I kinda feel bad saying that, but wow.... I mean, I missed my family and all, but I didn't get sick, or feel depressed or anything ^_^ totally genki! lol

XD Can't wait...lolz with all the ninja villages, hot springs, bike rides (which is so freaking fun in Japan), anime on tv, sushi, really good clothes at a dollar store...I like Wakayama more than Tokyo or Kyoto since it's a more quiet area, and more like...ghetto I guess, it's just they way it looks that calms me and relaxes me. I don't think I'd last in a big city like Tokyo 8(

...*cough* Want a hint? WAKAYAMA. Haha joking...yea it's a pretty nice place...it's not all poluted or anything, but the way how it looks like a typical anime area makes it cool. I also walked through those things where you see anime characters going to school, too! There's also a heck of a lot of district malls everywhere...and a neaby theatre and this really good restauraunt with Okonomiyaki
